What is External IPs?

It's a shortcut that you can run on your Apple device to get the public ip addresses (IPv4 & IPv6).

Installation

• Download the External IPs shortcut if you don't already have it.

• Open the downloaded shortcut if it doesn't open automatically. The shortcut will be imported into your library.

Running

• The shortcut runs from the Shortcuts App & the Menu bar on macOS & Siri.

• If it runs successfuly a message will appear displaying your public IPv4 & IPv6 addresses.

• If a field is empty it means that you don't have a public IPv4 or IPv6 address.
